All registration materials, handbook & photo release forms are to be turned in by this date in order to participate on the 4th.

Please bring:
Tennis Shoes
Cleats
Stick
Mouthguard
Goggles
Water
Weather Appropriate Clothing (i.e. rain jacket, sweatshirt for chilly day)
