Meet in the weightroom changed & ready to go after school! The strength & conditioning session will run from 2:45-3:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays.

You do not need your stick or goggles.

Register by logging into ParentVue & registering for Tornado Force just like you would lacrosse or other activities!
