Coaches Stick Reccommendations:

Gait Apex:
- all mesh
- dedicated pocket
- larger head for more surface area to catch

Dragonfly:
- 10 degree sticks (most of the sticks they carry are 10 degree so only the shaft differs)
- 10 degree allows ball to settle in the “sweet spot” of the stick quicker allowing passing and catching to be more accurate
